PRAYER ROOM AT SCORTON
This has been set up jointly between Scorton Methodist Chapel
and St Peter’s 
is used by people from the village. Many
people have worked together and the project has been funded by Car Boot Sales
as well as donations from the community. It has been decorated by local groups
as well as the Circuit ‘Banner Group’ and local craftsmen, the vicar and the
Circuit Lay-worker.
This is a most unusual development in a rural community and
we hope that other Christian communities will find some little haven of peace
in their own villages.
